Christina started with the Company in Edmonton as Service Coordinator in 2004. She was responsible for many areas of the service department such as inventory, training and procedure enforcement such as being the ISO representative.

She then transferred to the Kelowna Branch in 2007 in a Preventive Maintenance Sales position and in 2008 expanded her role to the Service Manager position.  She has proven her strong customer service skills by building long standing relationships with many of our customers. She has also been instrumental in growing our customer data base with a proven track record of providing what she can and always going the extra mile.

After graduating from Dalhousie University I started my career as a Preventive Maintenance Sales Representative in Dartmouth.  Five years later I had the opportunity to transfer to Ottawa and continued in the sales role.  In 2007 I was appointed Kingston Service Manager and soon added Ottawa Sprinkler Management to my portfolio.  Happily, in 2011 I had the opportunity to return to Atlantic Canada as Service Manager in Moncton.

Working at Troy has been such a rewarding experience for me. I work with some truly talented people that, through their dedication to our customers, have made us an industry leader. Our company fosters a productive learning environment and encourages employees to build a career, not a job.

I’ve been employed at Troy since 1997. I started my career as a summer student in the fabrication shop in Beamsville and began my sprinkler fitter apprenticeship in 1997. When I started it was a small family owned business and while it was a great company to work for being a tight knit group, career advancement was fairly limited.

However, the Beamsville-based Troy business was purchased by Edwards and became part of a large National Life Safety business with 30 offices coast to coast, and the possibility for advancement suddenly became endless.
