Contract Office Administrator

Our Owen Sound team is looking for an enthusiastic Contract Office Administrator (12 Month Contract)! The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly motivated with a proactive can-do attitude, who is a proficient communicator, successful at managing internal and external customer expectations, goal oriented and committed to providing the best support possible to ongoing objectives of the company. In this role you will also be responsible to perform a variety of administrative duties as required.


  • Data management processes; filing and uploading documentation into ERP system
  • Assisting with RFQ processes and documentation
  • Assisting with the company's Subcontractor Program
  • Issuing purchase orders to subcontractors on a national level
  • Providing support to the sales team
  • Complete monthly invoicing and billing to customers to meet monthly billing targets
  • Assisting with reports 
  • Customer service duties
  • Other administrative tasks as required


  • 2+years experience in Office Administration and Customer Service
  • Ability to multi-task and be a versatile team member
  • Construction administration knowledge an asset
  • Experience in RFQ processes an asset
  • Purchase Order Experience an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience in ERP Systems and advanced computer ability an asset
  • Industry experience in Fire and Life Safety an asset
  • Ability to commit to a 12 month contract with opportunity for extension
