Field Service & Finance Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Field Service & Finance Assistant to join our Owen Sound team! This position will work directly with our Field Services Financial Administrator to provide support in a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the finance department and divisional staff to administer and fulfill fleet and cellular requests
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports
• Review and complete reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• Provide administrative support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year end incentive programs
• Provides administrative support for auto insurance claim submissions
• Complete record and data management in accordance to company policies
• Assists with specialized projects as required
• Complete other finance and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Administration/Accounting or Business Management.
• Previous work experience as a finance assistant considered a strong asset
• Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping
• Intermediate Skill Level in Excel (using financial functions)
• Exceptional attention to detail
